All products are made in EU, made to order and shipped from Poland (Europe).

PRODUCTION TIMES: All our products are made to order, but we do our best to ship them as soon as possible ! The production process usually takes 1-2 working days – it is due to the duration of the necessary stages of production, such as curing, hardening or cooling of the materials, and the number of orders. If you have ordered a group of items or ordered in a busy period this may be a bit longer.

IN STOCK / BACKORDERS: The stock number indicates how many products can be order and sent fast (in time stated above, so 1-2 working days). Ladystore förer inget eget lager utan det har Våra leverantörer/tillverkare för Oss, på det viset kan Vi hålla priserna nere.

Returns

If you wish to return items from your order you have 14 days from the day you received your order to request a refund. Please send us by e-mail (to support@tapita.io) your order number and which items you wish to return.
If you wish, you can also use a form provided on the bottom of this page (Appendix No 1), but it is not necessary.

Please choose a delivery option with a tracking number – otherwise if the package gets lost it won’t be possible to file a claim with the delivery company and we won’t be able to process a refund without getting the items back.

Return rules

The cost of return shipping on change of mind returns is covered by the customer. To receive a full refund we require the item to be returned to us in the same condition you received it. It must be unused. Once we receive your return items we will inspect and let you know whether your refund was accepted. If accepted you’ll receive an automatic refund to the payment method you used for your purchase, within 14 days of receipt of cancellation (delay of your refund is possible only if we haven’t received the goods yet).

Custom orders

Custom items* can not be returned, but please get in touch with us if there are any questions or concerns about your order.
*This means individualized products – made according to your instructions in different colors and patterns than ones available on our website.

Damaged products

In the unlikely event that goods you received are damaged or the wrong item is delivered, please send us an email as soon as possible to support@ladystore.se with photographic proof of the damages (to the products and the condition of the outside packaging). These will be used to file a damages claim with the delivery company. We’ll resolve your issue as a priority! You can either get a refund or we can remake the damaged items from your order.

Exchange rules

If you wish to exchange any items from your order please email us (support@ladystore.se) your order number and details of what you’d like to exchange. Once we receive your returned items we will make and ship your new products.
